How can I avoid paying late and over-limit charges?

  • Avoid over-limit charges by regularly checking your available credit and not spending more than this.
  • Avoid late charges by ensuring you have paid at least your minimum payment before the due date.
  • Pay special attention when using payment methods such as Bpay and personal cheques, which can take between three to five business days to process.
  • Ensure you have sufficient funds in your account so all direct debits and other scheduled payments can be made.
  • Contact us to review your credit card limit.
